What is Fantakuchen and why is it called so? *desiringsomerecipes*
just google for it ;-)
it's a very simple cake: you take four eggs, four cups of flour, two cups of sugar, one cup of fanta (or orange juice), one cup of oil, one package of baking powder, blends that for a few minutes, puts it into a baking tray, spreads some shaved almonds ontop of it, and puts it into the oven.
i guess it's called fanta cake because it contains fanta (well, or orange juice, which was what i did).
